Job Description

We are looking for experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to join a dynamic and progressive team in the Medway area for 3 days a week.

The school is a creative and nurturing environment with a holistic approach to educational and social learning.  

Have you worked with children who need a little extra support to achieve their full potential?

Are you passionate about SEND provision and have a caring nature?

Do you have experience working with learners who have a diagnosis of ASD?

Do you hold a full, clean driving license?

The ideal Learning support assistant will:

• Have patience sensitivity and understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A driving licence and car would be ideal.
• To be resourceful, well organised and resilient
• To be enthusiastic and motivated
• To be able to help children reach their full potential
