Cover Supervisor – Medway Schools

We are always seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisor's to join our team in Medway schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Management: Supervise classes during the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Lesson Delivery: Implement pre-planned lessons and support students with their learning activities.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing timetables and lesson plans, ensuring continuity in education.
• Communication: Liaise effectively with staff and students, maintaining clear channels of communication to support educational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable.
• Skills: Excellent classroom management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to student welfare.
• Training: Relevant qualifications or training in education are advantageous but not essential.
