English Teacher – Subject Lead

Start date: ASAP

Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells

Type: Full-time ideally but part-time will be considered

Pay: Main/Upper Scale, TLR 2 and SEN allowance

If yes then we have the perfect opportunity for you! I am working with a wonderful special needs school who are looking to recruit a creative, dynamic and inspirational English Teacher.

The right person for this role would ensure to remove barriers that can hinder the education of students aged 7 – 19. This would mean working up to KS5 so they are looking for someone who is willing to become confident in the assessment criteria and curricula demands this would present.

My client is looking to take a member of staff on permanent if they are happy to do so.

This is ideal for:

• English teacher who is not yet a subject lead however is ready for the leap.
• Experienced English subject lead staff.  
• Staff looking to develop their skills with strong school support.
• English teachers who are interested in working with SEND.
