About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic team in Maidstone. This is a full-time position, starting in January 2025, covering Terms 3 and 4. The role offers the opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a passion for Geography and supporting their academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Monitor student progress and provide tailored feedback to support learning outcomes.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

• Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and school activities as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• A proven track record of teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• A commitment to inspiring young minds and contributing to the wider school community.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
