If yes then we have the perfect opportunity for you! I am working with a wonderful school who are looking for a HLTA to work throughout the school. The right person for this role would be flexible and adaptable to different classes.

Start date: Immediate start

Location: Medway

Pay:  £100 - £130 per day

Hours: Full time – 08:30 – 15:30

This is ideal for:

• Graduates who are considering becoming teachers.
•  Meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Retired Teachers looking to stay in the class room with more flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• To take initiative and be able to lead the classroom in the teacher's absence.
• Cover lessons through the school in KS1 and KS2.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Cover classes due to absences, planned meetings and PPA cover.
