Job Description

We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants to join a dynamic and progressive team in the Gravesend area.  This is a temporary role, that will result in a permanent contract with the school for the correct candidate.

Have you worked with children who need a little extra support to achieve their full potential?

Are you passionate about educational provision and have a caring nature?

If you have worked with young people in a different role (ie social work, club activity leader, scouts, sports coach) please do get in touch - your transferable skills are needed.

The ideal Learning support assistant will:

• Have patience sensitivity and understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A driving licence and car would be ideal.
• To be resourceful, well organised and resilient
• To be enthusiastic and motivated
• To be able to help children reach their full potential
