Job Title: Part-Time Teaching Assistant - Year 3 

Location: West Malling, Kent

Hours: 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday)

Start Date: ASAP

Our Ofsted Outstanding primary school in West Malling is recruiting a Part-Time Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. We are seeking a dedicated individual to support teachers and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise students during classroom activities and outings.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for working in a school environment and supporting student learning.
• Commitment to promoting the well-being and academic development of all students.
