The Role

As a Psychology Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.

  • Foster a love for Psychology, encouraging students to achieve their full potential.

  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with the curriculum.

  • Participate in departmental planning and extracurricular activities.

  • Support the school’s ethos and contribute to the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Holds a degree in Psychology or a related field and has a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).

  • Has experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and/or A-Level.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Is committed to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

  • Is enthusiastic about contributing to both the academic and personal development of students.
