Start Date: January 2025 (cover with potential to stay at the school long term)

Salary: Paid to scale - MPS/UPS

About the Role:
We are recruiting for a qualified full time SEN Class Teacher join an SEMH School. This role requires a confident and versatile teacher who can deliver a variety of lessons with excellence. You will be teaching KS3 students who are working at KS2/KS3 levels, with a primary focus on teaching different subjects such as English, Maths, Citizenship, and PSHE. Flexibility to teach additional subjects as needed is also essential


This opportunity would suit both experienced secondary class teachers and primary class teachers who are confident, adaptable, and capable of delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will need to hit the ground running as an independent teacher who can work seamlessly within the school environment.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • SEN experience, particularly with SEMH

  • Confident and experienced in teaching a variety of subjects
  • Flexible and capable of adapting to the needs of an SEN environment
  • Dedicated to making a positive impact on the education and development of students with additional behavioural needs.
