Full-time SEN Teacher 
Salary: Current range plus SEN allowance

The school is the Tunbridge Wells district Special School for pupils, aged from 3 to 19 years, all of whom have severe/complex needs and communication and learning difficulties.

We are seeking an outstanding full-time Teacher to join this vibrant, friendly, positive, and forward-looking school in September 2024. Candidates will be qualified teachers, preferably primary trained with SEND experience, but we would provide extensive training for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have excellent classroom practice, enjoy team working and be willing to undertake further professional development/training. We require someone with a positive attitude, drive, and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to inclusive principles, supporting our ethos of providing a safe and positive environment for all our children and young people, enabling them to reach their full potential and develop their skills for life and independence.

The school offer excellent CPD and ongoing training and support, whether you are a seasoned SEND Teacher or a Primary Teacher looking to move into SEND.
