Maths Teacher – Term 5 Start – Gravesend

Kent Teaching Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Gravesend from Term 5. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or an ambitious ECT looking to make a real impact in a dynamic learning environment.

The Role:

• Start Date: Term 5 (April 2024)
• Location: Gravesend, Kent
• Contract: Full-time, long-term position
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
• Inspire students to develop a love for Mathematics and achieve their full potential.
• Plan, assess, and track student progress in line with curriculum expectations.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative department.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Has experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school.
• Is passionate about education and committed to student success.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
• Has excellent communication and organisational abilities.
