Teaching assistant Special Needs Position – Ashford

If yes then we have the perfect opportunity for you! I am working with a wonderful school who are looking for dedicated support staff. The right person for this role would ensure all students needs are addressed and help to remove barriers that can hinder their education.

Start date: We are looking for people ASAP however can be flexible on start dates.

Location: Ashford (For this role you would be required to drive and have access to a car)

Pay: Very competitive salary (DOE) with weekly pay + SEND pay

Hours: Full time

School: SEND School

This role would include:

• Working with students with ASC or PMLD
• General teaching assistant in the class room, 1:1 and intervention work.
• Supporting students throughout their day – Helping them reach their full potential.
• Working in term time Monday to Friday.
• Training would be provided by the school.

This is ideal for:

• Nursery staff or Nannies who are looking for term-time work.
• Experienced Teaching Assistants looking for a change.
• Staff from care backgrounds.
• People with transferable skills that would make you a great SEND Teaching Assistant.
